Where are you going?

Since 2004, I’ve worked with individuals and families dealing with addiction. This time has taught me that it’s not enough to just “recover” from drug and alcohol use. Those are coping methods for broken systems. I want my clients to move towards life serving skills, better relationships, and meaning.

What if Twelve-steps don’t work for me?

If you’ve tried a Twelve-step program and it wasn’t effective, I want to assist you in finding other strategies to overcome addiction. Twelve-step programs are often helpful at providing a space for people to connect with others, but if Twelve-steps have not been beneficial to you, there are thousands of other ways to gain a sense of belonging and community. Let’s explore other ways to find out how you matter and discover a purpose that holds the key to a more satisfying and meaningful life.
